Delivery and Processing Update

We thank you for your business during the COVID-19 shelter-in-place mandate. Rest assured, we are working as hard as we can to get your package delivered. However, due to an increase carrier handling times, please allow an additional 3 business days in processing. Expedited shipping service like Next Day Air, and 2-Day Air by UPS will also need 2 additional business days to process. We are grateful for your understanding!  

Holiday promotions 30% off applied to items in an order are considered Final Sale.

Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offers. Due to brand restrictions, all online promotional offers unless noted otherwise exclude:

Sale items, AER, Beauty, Sutro Shoes, hand sanitizing products, grooming, home goods, and pin/patches.

For deep promotions 30% off and more, a few select partner brands and all Jewelry are excluded. 

Coupon codes that are 30% off or more applied to item(s) in an order will be considered as Final Sale. 

What is your shipping policy?
We offer free UPS ground shipping for all orders in the Continental United States over $75. For additional details, please see our shipping policy here.


Do you ship Internationally?
We do! We ship to 31 different countries and standard shipping is $39. For additional details, please see our shipping policy here.


What if I’m unsure about fit or have questions about products before purchasing?

Do you offer free returns?
Due to carrier price and surcharge increases, we are not currently offering free returns or exchanges. Returns shipping labels are $9 flat fee. Please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received. If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect re-sellable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 14 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. What’s the difference between Final Sale Return Policy vs. Regular Sale?
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Unless specified in the promotional email or our website regarding final sale coupons, the following categories are Final Sale:

  • Promotional coupon of 40% or more applied to the order. 
  • Clearance Sale items (any item marked down 50% or more) 
  • Intimates and Swimwear (bras, panties, and shapewear).
  • Beauty and Grooming products, including hand sanitizers and face masks. If the product causes an allergic reaction, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Can I use two discount codes?
Unfortunately, only one code can be used per order. Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and some exclusions apply. For additional details, please see discount code policy here.


Can you use gift cards/store credit online?
Digital gift cards issued may be used online. Physical gift cards and store credits however, can only be used in store only for now.
