Do you offer free returns?
Yes. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to request return shipping label. Please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received. If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect re-sellable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 14 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Can I return in-store?
Absolutely! We’d love to see you at one of our two San Francisco stores. Please note that in-store returns only receive store credit. If you need to return an item purchased online, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received. What’s the difference between Final Sale Return Policy vs. Regular Sale?
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following categories are final sale:
• Clearance Sale items (any item marked down 50% or more)
• Intimates (bras, panties, and shapewear)
• Beauty and Grooming products. If the product causes an allergic reaction, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of the original purchase date.
