Shipping & Returns Policy

We process and ship orders within 2-4 business days of ordering (excluding holidays). We cannot ship to PO Box or APO addresses.

 

Delivery and Processing Update

  • Please note we will process orders between 2-4 business days. Expedited shipping service like Next Day Air, and 2-Day Air by UPS also include this processing time.  
  • Please note processing time is not included in selected transit time, this is only for once the item(s) ship.
  • Please take careful note that all information is correct when placing orders. Once the order has been placed we are unable to update or cancel. 
  • Once the package has shipped we are no longer responsible, if you are having trouble locating a package please file a claim with the delivery carrier. 
  • FREE Shipping (5-7 DAY Business Days) on ALL US Orders over $125

Azaleasf.com offers free UPS Ground Shipping for all orders over $125 in the Continental USA (does not include Alaska or Hawaii). For customers shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, orders will ship via DHL Worldwide for $39 and takes 5-7 business days for arrival.

International

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Azalea. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the shipped to address.

  • PLEASE NOTE OUR SHIPPING POLICIES:

    • In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. The same policy applies to stolen packages after they have been delivered to your destination.
    • Import duty and taxes are due on delivery and paid to the carrier.
    • If you refuse any shipments from Azalea CA LLC or the address is noted as incorrect, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

 

Online Return Policy

  • PLEASE EMAIL ORDERS@AZALEASF.COM TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST. Please allow 5 business dates for us to review your return request. If your items are able to be returned you we will email you a return label. Please allow 30 business days once received to process your return. Items must be sent back within 5 days of receiving the label. If the item hasn’t tracked within that time the return will either be closed or issued store credit.

  • Due to carrier price and surcharge increases, we are not currently offering free returns or exchanges for all orders. Returns shipping labels are a flat rate of $10. If you need to return an item purchased online, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received – NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Please note any items purchased at 25% off or more are FINAL SALE. All Sale items are final sale. A full list of final sale items are below.
  • If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect re-sellable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 10 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. There are no exceptions from this policy. Please return the package within 5 days of receiving the label to be eligible for a refund. 

  •  Any discount or flash sale doesn’t apply to previous orders before the sale start date.  

Online Refund

The cost of the returned item(s), including sales tax minus shipping return label fee of $10 will be credited to your original form of payment. Once your package has been received by us, your refund will be processed within 30 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

    Online Final Sale

    Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned Final Sale item or items, the package will be returned to you at your cost, we will notify you via email, and you will not receive a refund.

    The following categories are final sale:

    • Sale items. All items listed in our Sale Section are FINAL SALE.
    • Intimates (bras, panties, and shapewear)
    • Swimwear 
    • Socks
    • Shoes
    • Beauty and Grooming products, including hand sanitizers. If the product causes an allergic reaction, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • If promotional code is applied to regular sale items and new price is marked down to 25% or more after promo then it is considered final sale.
    • Any sale which notes that the items are final sale. This will be added to any promotional communication about the sale.

       

      Additional Online Policies

      Shipping Charges

      • We do not refund shipping and handling charges on orders placed outside the continental U.S.A., and you are responsible for all shipping costs on merchandise being returned to us.

      Defective Merchandise

      • If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. There are no exceptions.

      • If you were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, color, size, etc.) please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders.

      Footwear

      Upon receiving your shoes, check the sizing by trying them on indoors, on a carpeted surface so as not to blemish the soles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shoes that are scuffed, marked, or worn.

      Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original designer shoe box, undamaged and free of postal labels. Footwear returns without the original designer packaging will not be accepted.
