We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). We cannot ship to PO Box or APO addresses.
FREE Shipping (5-7 DAY Business Days) on ALL US Orders over $50
Azalea Boutique offers free UPS Ground Shipping for all orders over $50 in the Continental USA (does not include Alaska or Hawaii). For customers shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, orders will ship via UPS Standard for $39 and takes 3-5 business days for arrival.

Orders to Canada and Mexico are shipped with UPS Standard at $39. Orders to all other supported countries are shipped with UPS Expedited at $39. Expected arrival for all International orders is 5 business days. The shipping cost is automatically charged to your order, even if you choose other methods of shipping during checkout.

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Philippines, South Korea, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey and United Kingdom.
- Shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
- Your packages may be subject to local customs fees and import duties. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Customs Authorities require us to record the cost of the item(s) on the customs form, even if the order is marked as a gift.
- Currently we can only ship your order to one location.
- In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
- If you refuse any shipments from Azalea Boutique, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Online Return Policy
You can print a returns label and be notified of the returns progress every step of the way.
- We offer free returns for all continental U.S.A orders! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return an item purchased online, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received – NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect re-sellable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 14 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Please note: This Return Policy is for ONLINE ORDERS ONLY and does not apply to in-store purchases. For our in-store policy, please refer to the information printed on your merchandise receipt or contact the store directly.

The cost of the returned item(s), including sales tax, will be credited to your original form of payment. Once your package has been received by us, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Online Final Sale
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned Final Sale item or items, the package will be returned to you, we will notify you via email, and you will not receive a refund.
The following categories are final sale:
- Clearance Sale items (any item marked down 50% or more)
- Intimates (bras, panties, and shapewear)
- Beauty and Grooming products. If the product causes an allergic reaction, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- If promo code is applied to regular sale items and new price is marked down to 50% or more after promo then it is considered final sale
Additional Online Policies
We do not refund shipping and handling charges on orders placed outside the continental U.S.A., and you are responsible for all shipping costs on merchandise being returned to us.
If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. There are no exceptions.
If you were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, color, size, etc.) please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders.
Upon receiving your shoes, check the sizing by trying them on indoors, on a carpeted surface so as not to blemish the soles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shoes that are scuffed, marked, or worn.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original designer shoe box, undamaged and free of postal labels. Footwear returns without the original designer packaging will not be accepted.
Swimwear returns and exchanges must include the original tags attached and the bottom liner intact.
Return Online Purchase In-Store
- HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY: For all orders (except Final Sale items) placed between Nov 23, 2018 to Dec 31, 2018, the return window is extended until Jan 19, 2019. Happy Gifting!
Online Returns/Exchanges are now accepted in any of our store locations. Please provide the invoice that was included in your package, so we can process your return. We are happy to provide store credit or exchanges for all unwashed and unworn items. Sorry, no refunds. Please note that store credit can only be redeemed in-store and will not be available for online purchase. Keep in mind, we only accept returns within 14 days of purchase and we don’t price adjust. In order for us to make this happen merchandise must have the original tags. Shoes must be in the original box. All sale merchandise and underwear is yours to keep after purchase… meaning it’s final sale. Need to exchange size or color of your purchased item? Please contact the store by phone prior to your visit, to ensure that the replacement item is available at your preferred store.
