Shipping & Returns Policy

*Orders placed 11/12 will ship 11/19 or before due to moving warehouses.


Azalea Shipping & Returns Policy:

Processing & Shipping:

  • Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding holidays).
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
  • Processing time (1-4 business days) applies in addition to transit time, even for expedited services.
  • Please ensure all order details are correct before submitting. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
  • Once shipped, Azalea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

US Shipping Information:

  • Free USPS Ground Shipping on U.S. orders over $125 (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).
  • For customers shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, orders will ship based on package weight and is calculated at checkout.
  • Orders under $125 ship via USPS Ground for $8 (5–7 business days).

International Shipping:

  • International shipping is available worldwide through our third-party partner, International Checkout.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Import duties/taxes are paid to the carrier upon delivery.
  • Refused or undeliverable shipments are subject to all shipping, duty, and return fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • International orders are final sale.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. The same policy applies to stolen packages after they have been delivered to your destination.
  • Import duty and taxes are due on delivery and paid to the carrier.
  • If you refuse any shipments from Azalea CA LLC or the address is noted as incorrect, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Refunds:

Return Requests:

  • Email orders@azaleasf.com to initiate a return within 10 days of delivery. 
  • Once approved, a $10 flat-rate return label will be emailed to you, this amount will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • Items must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving your label.
  • Returns shipped back after 5 days of receiving your return label are eligible for store credit only.
  • Please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received. NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale items (25% off or more) and certain categories (see below) are final sale.
  • If all the above items are met and your return is eligible, refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus the $10 label fee, within 30 business days after we receive your return.
  • You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
  • Banks may take up to two billing cycles to reflect the refund.

Any discount or flash sale doesn’t apply to previous orders before the sale start date. 

    Online Final Sale:

    Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned a final sale item or items, the package will be returned to you at your cost, we will notify you via email, and you will not receive a refund.

    Final Sale Items:

    • Sale items 
    • Flash sale items over 25% off
    • Intimates (bras, panties, shapewear, boxers)
    • Swimwear
    • Socks
    • Shoes
    • Made-to-order jewelry (Currently all jewelry on Azalea is made-to-order)
    • Candles, diffusers, and simmers
    • Beauty & grooming products (unless allergic reaction, within 30 days)
    • Any item marked “Final Sale”

    Defective Merchandise:

    • If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. There are no exceptions.

    • If you were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, color, size, etc.) please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders.
