THE SALT COLLECTION. The pieces in this collection are made from a found Lobster antenna cast in silver and shaped into different forms. The idea behind this was influenced by the age-old traditions of the Native Americans, when they killed an animal, they would put every part of it to use, the whole being would be utilised and in this way honoured. It celebrates the notion of taking what you would discard and throw away and making it into something – seeing it for more then waste and turning it into something beautiful, functional and wearable.
