THE IMPERFECT COLLECTION. These pieces were inspired by the fragile, changeable, unique beauty of nature. Made from fragments of shells, each piece was chosen because it was broken, because it was “flawed” and uniquely beautiful for those reasons. These pieces are all about finding beauty in imperfections and celebrating something that would be otherwise discarded or ignored. An acknowledgement and small statement about the unrealistic standards of “perfect” beauty we strive for today.
