Face and body directions: Apply to wet skin with hands, loofah, washcloth, etc, rub to remove dirt, rinse clean.
Hair/Beard directions: Apply to scalp and hair and massage vigorously. They've formulated this product without harsh artificial surfactants, so a little extra handwork helps if your hair is particularly dirty or product-laden.
